We are currently seeking motivated Filleters to join our busy team in our Canning Vale facility. Key Responsibilities:Working with freshly caught fish of various kinds.Skinning, Pin boning, Portioning filletsSafe food handling practicesAssisting the filleting and processing team with various other dutiesEssential Requirements:Ability to work in a wet cold environment.Previous demonstrated experience in Knife Hand / Filleting / Bandsaw experience in seafood/meat processing - butchery skills highly considered.
