We are committed to deliver our knowledge and expertise acquired in close to 100 years, with every order.About the Role:This role is responsible for supporting the State Manager and Sales Team with generation of new business revenue along with managing existing distributor relationships, specifically for growth with key stakeholders in New South Wales.Responsibilities:Develop long term, sustainable trading relationships with Food Distributors, key end user accounts and strategic customers in New South WalesDeliver compelling presentations demonstrating the Blue Wave brand at Tradeshows and promotional eventsDevelop a sales contact plan through direct marketing, attending industry events and social media campaignsIdentify and actively seek out new potential clients in food service through various sales channelsMeeting with potential and major clients directly to build relationships with key prospectsWork closely with key stake holders to identify appropriate "go to" market strategies based on potential customers’ needs for specific business sectors to develop a tailored menu solution to generate salesForecast and track account metrics for assigned territory, report on assigned territory accounts and advise on variances from targetRepresent and promote Blue Wave at all levelsRequirements: Strong experience in Sales in FMCG or Food Service industry highly preferred.Ability to travel for sales calls (4 out of the 5-day work week) and work autonomously.Strong experience dealing with multiple levels of large "Core End User"Strong presentation and negotiation skills.High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite.Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.Benefits of the Role:This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow with the business.
