We provide over 30,000 tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.Our brands include KB Seafood Co, Just Caught Frozen Seafood, KB’s, By George and Kailis Bros, which is used under license, and we have over 2,700 active products in the market. About the Role:To manage and support the field sales team in liaising with existing and potential customers in the progressing of orders and providing the highest level of service.   The position will be Part time, Hybrid role, based in Mulgrave VIC. Responsibilities:Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product information, support and pricing details while promoting the features and benefits of the company’s products.Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products sold ensuring all orders are entered in accordance with cut off times and schedules.Keep account managers informed of new business opportunities, customer complaints and product activity.Cold calling of new customers and utilising CRM to manage existing customers.Monitor customer pricing and ensure any discrepancies are reported to the account manager and contracts updated accordingly.Investigate credits/goods returned and implement action plan to reduce dollar value.Liaise with purchasing and receivals for product information and stock availability.Ensure the NA (Not Available) list each morning and night is addressed and any stock issues are dealt and communicated to the relevant account managers.Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to and all measures to meet DIFOT (Delivery in full on time) are met.About You:You will have a proven history of Sales/People and Account Management experience and your ability to achieve success will be evident.
